Introduction and Using these Procedures (Enablement)

In Kent, enablement is provided by the Kent Enablement Recovery Service (KERS), Kent Pathways Service (KPS) and Kent Enablement at Home (KEAH).

These procedures will support practitioners to manage contacts and referrals, plan for enablement and review the enablement service provided.
