Using the Assessment and Eligibility Criteria Procedures

Unless specified in the procedure name, all Assessment and Eligibility Criteria procedures should be used by all adult social care practitioners undertaking a process to establish needs and /or determine eligibility under the Care Act 2014. This includes Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Kent Enablement at Home. The procedures relate to both adults with Care and Support needs and carers with Support needs.
