Using the Contact and Referral Procedures

The Contact and Referral procedures should be used by all adult social care practitioners managing contacts and/or referrals. This includes Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Kent Enablement at Home. The procedures relate to both adults with Care and Support needs and carers with Support needs.
